A Little About Me
Juliana Lamia is a New York City based performer (& sometimes Los Angeles based with family). She was born and raised in Thousand Oaks, California, just outside of LA. From a young age, she wanted to try literally everything. She eventually retired the ice skates and softball bat to focus on dance, vocal training, and her love of theatre/performing.
She attended the inaugural first two years of Joffrey Ballet School’s Musical Theatre Program (2015/2016) in NYC. She then went on to earn her BFA in Musical Theatre from Texas State University, under the direction of Kaitlin Hopkins, and graduated summa cum laude from the Honors College with an Honors Thesis. She had the wonderful opportunity to study abroad in England during the summer of 2019, training at The Globe and the Royal Shakespeare Company.
Since moving to New York, she has performed in shows locally, regionally, and toured nationally. This year, she also made her feature film debut in “Terrifier 3!”
In her free time, you can find her at the beach every chance she gets, drinking chai lattes, blasting Taylor Swift, baking, reading, and rewatching her favorite rom coms. She has a passion for organizing pretty much everything, browsing StreetEasy for apartments she’ll never live in, and taking way too many pictures of her cats.
xoxo, Jules
